Winston Park

I have loved coming to this park since discovering it. Since the schools are open, I wish we had access to the playground as my child is homeschooled. But we enjoy the tennis court.

It is good. My only complaint would be that there are no real pull up bars or dip bars. You can however use the playground equipment creatively for those purposes. Also, one gripe is that the restroom doors were locked. This was at about 10 a.m. on a Wednesday. I'm not sure when they unlock or when the actual recreation center opens but I walked here a great distance to get a little workout in but I also had to go number 2. No bathroom made everything negative.

Brother comes here to fly his drone. Nice open area. Just dont come after school hours because there will be alot of kids from their program they have there. (60 or so)

Everything looks broken due to the fire, which is pretty sad because they were so close on finishing the building. I play tennis here on the daily and always recommend going here if you just want to run, play some tennis or just to play basketball. Unfortunately there is only 1 hoop you can play on, I believe.

Back in the seventies y'all didn't have to much for us to do but still loved going there after school and on the weekend and the staff back then during the summer was a great staff. The best staff ever.
