Wilton Manors Recreational Center

My favorite place to play tennis in Fort Lauderdale. The courts are generally in good shape, and the lights are well-placed, compared to other facilities in the area. And the staff is quite friendly. The only complaint I'd have is that there aren't enough courts, especially clay courts. There are only two, and they're almost always full, forcing you to wait to play nearly every time.

The two clay courts at Hagen Park have underground drainage. This means that you don't have Dusty clay courts like the majority of clay courts in Southern Florida. The clay is moist which is great for sliding.

I play tennis there sometimes. The courts are ok but not enough space around the courts especially for the two clay courts they have. Bad planning.

We were there celebrating a friends retirement party we had a great time wonderful place!

Friendly people. Donna, the tennis pro, organizes drills, round robins, and lessons. Lots of fun☺️
