Wharton Square Park

Visited this park for the first time today with a walking group. WOW!!’ It’s very much community oriented. Great seeing the children play in a clean safe space. There were ladies actively tending to the garden and planting flowers. A gentle tag declared that was his park seem quite respected . There are plenty of benches under tres to just sit and enjoy the scenic views. The community/Tec center was open and group of ladies that I will call “the village” were there engaging with some young ladies.

A large well maintained park. Gorgeous tennis courts that look newly resurfaced. I came here around noon on a Sunday and was shocked that no one was playing tennis. Maybe a hidden gem for tennis lovers. Also has a pretty big playground and lots of wildflower gardens. It’s a neighborhood gem.

Beautiful neighborhood park. Always lots of kids at play and people walking dogs. There is a pet free area for picnicking.

Great community atmosphere. Make sure to go vote at the rec center if you live nearby.
