The best tennis store on the island! Don’t let the low rating deter you, yes you need to have a mask on before you can enter the business but that’s genuinely out of safety for the staff and yourself. I went there and bought some tennis shoes from Eric, very friendly gentleman helped me with the whole process and even insured I had the proper fit. Love the store, will only return here for any and all of my Tennis, Pickleball needs!

We get along great. I get gift certificates from the USTA and go there off and on. Always a pleasure and I got a shirt to advertise the shop. Waited 30 seconds for others to finish, then donned my mask. Eh, no worries.

I can see why this place may turn others away. Small, cramped space where masks are still required. Inconvenient? Perhaps, but it’s their rules. I do think masks should be supplied since most don’t have them in their possession. The selections of paddles, rackets, and accessories are aplenty. Prices are higher than what you would find online but owner is reasonable with their discounting. I try to support local if possible, so I’m sure my purchase went a long way and I didn’t think their service was unreasonable. Location a little harder to find but it’s one of the few places near Waikiki area with top brands selection. Would shop here again if I needed anything.

Knowledgeable and friendly guy with plenty of pickleball paddles to choose from. Willing to help. He has face masks in stock for genuine buyers - otherwise take your own to get through the front door. Happy with my experience. Thank you Waipahu Racquet Shop - Honolulu.

It would leave a zero star if there is an option. Owner didn’t let us in and shut the door right in front of us, because we didn’t have mask on. I don’t care about his mask policy, but he needs to work on his attitude problem. The rudest business owner I have ever met on the island. Do not come here and have your day ruined by this stupid owner.
