Virginia Highlands Park

Was a nice free park. I forgot to take a picture of the playground but it has wings and slides. Good for toddlers. Plenty of parking. Some parents brought their own chairs. And food is permitted. There are a lot of bugs flying around probably because of the water. The water did smell like pool/ chlorine water. I liked that . The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the parking said 2 how max and i saw the meters.

Really nice park! Very clean and they have 6 tennis courts and a wall to hit on if the pickleball players aren't using the area. One of the nicer parks in the DC area.

Nice park. There are tennis courts, basketball court, and football field. Nice playground. There are a lot of shade and trees. The restroom is clean. There is nice dog park as well

Beautiful park with lots of sport fields. Tennis, soccer, baseball, etc. very well maintained. Downfall is definitely the parking, it can be crowded so parking is hit or miss on the weekends.

Nice park with athletic fields, pavillion for picnics, and other amenities near Pentagon City. Parking is extremely challenging - consider that if planning for a large group.
