Wonderful place and organization. Just it's presence raises the value of the real estate of the otherwise very low income part of LA. They do alot of good for alot of the people who need it most

The 3 stars was given for the quality of the facility because it could be improved. For the size of it, it isn't too bad, but Los Angeles City Parks and Recreation Department could do a better job at making it better, yet they allow it to be as it is. For other paid services offered on-site, it is decent. For sports/self-excersize equipment, it is decent. For safety/security, from my view and opinion, it is good although attention must still be paid to since it is still a public area. The inside gym has a newly furbished basketball court complete with mascot and team colors. Has a small stage, restrooms and main office. Staff is friendly and gym is neat and clean.

Love this park has two play areas and a grassy field if you just want to throw a ball aroumd. There is also a dash nearby that takes you toecho park going north or the train going south.
