Thomas Jefferson Community Center

For indoor track meets, the turf is good, however it is a very tight space in terms of spectators. They couldn't open the bleachers fully expand them or they would get too close to the tracks. Outside, parking is a nightmare. Very limited parking space in the center parkibg lot and adjacents streets given residential zoning exclusions. So we could not park on the residential side streets. I STRONGLY recommend to go there early to find some space, and to make matters worse, in the limited community center parking lot, school buses from the different schools competing in the events were also parked in the parking lot, often ocupying multiple vehicle spaces.

We had an amazing time at the Arlington Country Fair at the Thomas Jefferson Community Centre! The event was a perfect blend of local vendors, tasty food, and entertaining activities for all ages. The community atmosphere was wonderful, and we loved supporting local artisans and businesses

This facility is a prime example of good local governance. Well appointed, efficiently run and multi functional in the best way. Centrally located, ample parking and plenty of exercise and recreation options.

They have multiple pickleballs courts, basketball, and volleyball. As well as a track and ping pong tables. Pool table too I guess. Their website may not be updated when they have events over the weekend so we ended reaching there and not playing due to a basketball league. It is a school gym made public but they should do better to update the website.

I went to support my grandkids participating in a kid's entrepreneurs fair & along with multiple vendors at Arlington County Fair!
