Ximana was so patient and helpful. I had to take a brief call while on hold from a doctor and she was so understanding and kind. She answered all of my questions and never once did I feel she was rushing me. I have not been to the center yet, but the customer service from Ximana was outstanding and will definitely be the reason I come in and get a membership! Thanks so much for your kindness and help.

We go to the Kroc for our son’s swim lessons through All Inclusive Aquatics. All the staff are so friendly and their indoor pool area is a hit with our toddler. They have multiple swim lanes, a lazy river, volleyball net, large slide and a play area for the smaller kiddos.

During our first visit to the Kroc Center for a friend’s son's birthday, we were looking forward to a fun experience with our daughter. Unfortunately, our enjoyment was significantly diminished due to our interaction with a lifeguard named Owen. While Owen was attending to a cleaning matter, he instructed a three-year-old in our group to avoid a particular area and to walk in a designated spot. The child complied appropriately, following directions as indicated. However, despite his efforts, Owen made several dismissive comments towards the child. On one occasion, he addressed the child's parent in an inappropriate manner, suggesting that if they had better parenting skills, the child would not be in that area. This type of comment is unacceptable in any setting. Furthermore, Owen's demeanor escalated as he raised his voice and became confrontational with other guests, showcasing a level of aggression that is concerning. We observed a parent report the situation to a supervisor, only to have her concerns disregarded and dismissed. This experience has led us to question the family-friendly environment of the Kroc Center, especially when employees are permitted to behave in a manner that belittles and disrespects guests. We hope that this feedback can prompt necessary changes to ensure a more welcoming atmosphere for families in the future.

Superb family oriented recreation center with top of the line facilities and staff. Highly recommend.

We went for the Bacon Fest event and found everything organized well and spaces appropriately. My daughter had a blast in the gym where the Kids Zone was setup.
