The People's Courts

I recently hosted my 50th birthday party at The People’s Courts, and it was absolutely perfect! We had such a great time—everyone loved playing pickleball, and the venue had the ideal mix of fun and relaxed energy. The food was really good, the space was just right for watching the game, and the service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. It’s such a well-run place and a fantastic spot for any kind of celebration. Highly recommend!

The People’s Court is such a gem in Portland! They’ve got the best beer rotation around with always something new and solid on tap. Plus, it’s a total hidden spot for vegans to grub. The beyond pickle burgers and vegan thin crust cheese pizza are legit, and the meatless mcchick’n is fire. The vibe is super chill, staff is always cool, and it’s just an all-around fun place to hang out with friends, play some games, and enjoy great food and drinks. Definitely one of my go-to spots in the city.

This place is AWESOME! Pickleball, yes. But what about Bocce, ping pong, corn hole, axe throwing, and fantastic food to boot? This place has it all. Our kids had a blast and so did we. Come give it a shot! BTW, we got in with our Pogo Pass!

We recently had a work event and it was amazing from start to finish. Everything went so smoothly, and the staff made the whole experience stress-free and super enjoyable. The space was awesome —really clean, well set up, and had a great fun vibe. The layout worked great for our group, with plenty of room to move around and still feel connected. Big shoutout to the team—they were awesome. Super friendly, on top of everything, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everyone had a good time. Any little request we had, they handled it right away without a fuss. The food was amazing! Overall, just a great experience all around. If you're thinking about hosting an event, definitely check this place out. Couldn't be happier with how it all turned out!

We hosted our daughter's 13th birthday party here for ten of her friends and we HAD THE BEST TIME. Like, seriously — every single minute was a delight, from the way we were greeted by the staff, having the run of the Den (which was absolutely perfect for the kids [all age 12-14]), the arcade, the food, the ice cream, letting them get their own sodas (huge hit), and then just being able to all play on the courts together. It was just an absolute delight and success from start to finish. Everyone had so much fun -- even though I don't think anyone actually hit a single ball over the net properly. I might have had the best time of all, because just watching kids have fun was pure joy. Thank you, People's Courts -- it was a great day.
