Colorado Athletic Club Monaco

Erik helped set me up with a membership and gave me a full tour of the facilities. It is a very nice club and kept clean. Never crowded and the indoor track is awesome. I look forward to my workouts at CAC.

This is my favorite CAC location. It’s absolutely massive and still feels like a club, with something for everyone. I make good use of the fitness center & walking track.The outdoor pool is an awesome spot to hangout in the warmer months. While the building has been well-loved over the years, they take good care to make any needed repairs and have made updates lately. New equipment in places, new weight room floor, parking lots/updating paint. Gotta love the friendly staff, too! P.S. — If you’re a tennis person, this is about to become one of your favorite spots in Denver!!

I signed up for this club about three months ago after a tour with Dan. I am so thankful I found about this club, it has everything you could imagine, a beautiful gym, that’s always clean and everyone’s kind and respectful, a studio for classes, to stretch or do yoga in, the pool, the tennis club and then the locker rooms which are always spotless, and a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi for both men and women, separately. I am beyond happy to be a member of this club, and couldn’t recommend it enough.

I love my gym. I'm so at home here. Sure, it's not the latest-greatest suburban monstrosity like 24 hour fitness, but it has everything I want in a gym and more. My son has blossomed as a tennis player under Wendy's expert tutelage. I use the steam room, sauna, and hot tub almost daily. It's right on a fantastic bike trail, so I can bike there. I love CAC Monaco. I hope they never sell out.

Kaiut yoga classes are excellent. However, I recently arrived at the club to find no towels in both men's and women's locker rooms. Also there was no way to get a drink of water: out of cups, nothing available with glass cups. When complaints are made, the buck is passed: "not my problem."
