Tennis & Pickleball Cabana

Tennis & Pickleball Cabana is an excellent shop with great customer service. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They have a great variety of equipment, pickleball paddles, along with shoes and balls to choose from. You can tell they genuinely care about helping you find the right gear. Overall, a fantastic experience,I recommend stopping by this shop!

I appreciate the knowledgeable staff and large selection of tennis gear at prices equal to the online stores. Always get great racquet and stringing advice and the demo program can’t be beat. I am just beginning to play pickleball with my kids and the staff has given me helpful insight into pickleball gear needs as a mainly tennis player. Thanks for being a pillar of the Chandler tennis community!

I hate to give this review but I am very disappointed. I purchased a pickleball paddle after doing their Try Before You Buy program (this was the 2nd time I’d used the program). I used the paddle one time and decided I needed an elongated shape. I went in to try and just get store credit so I could purchase what actually is a more expensive paddle. I even offered to take less than full price in store credit since I had used the paddle once but they wanted nothing to do with it. I love supporting local businesses but I won’t be buying anything from here again.

They have a wide selection of Pickleball related items. I came in to try Pickleball shoes and the staff was very helpful, even letting me know certain shoes have a manufacturer outsole warranty. I heard about them because they are a sponsor of several local Pickleball tournaments. I saw plenty of demo paddles which also helps when selecting your next paddle. I'll definitely go back if I need more Pickleball related items.

My husband just had a really unpleasant experience at Tennis Cabana -this is what he experienced (conveyed from the Yelp Review he just left): "I have shopped at Tennis Cabana before - they have a great selection and I received a gift card to Tennis Cabana for Christmas this year, and I was excited to use it. I know it's the holiday (12/31) but I went on Google and the hours said the store was open today. I arrived and there were employees in the store - when I knocked on the door I asked if the store was open and the woman who responded was so rude, she just said "nope!" and I told her that their Google hours were not updated - she didn't say anything, she just shrugged and shut and locked the door on me. It was such an odd and uncomfortable experience, it makes me not want to patronize the store anymore. I understand being closed for the holidays - Google should be updated to reflect that and if not it would have been nice if she was at least sympathetic. Her response was utterly rude."
