I live in the community. I am a quilter. The new Fiber Arts Building is terrific and I am there several tines a month. I attend other functions, been in the pool, gym and exercise. A really good HOA, friendly people here. Lived here over 2 yrs.

Put in offer in on a house in this beautiful housing complex for seniors 55+. This neighborhood has a full golf course with fountain and the clubhouse is amazing. Heated and cooled Pools make for a nice comfortable swim and recreation facilities as well. Everything is kept nice and clean and most of the houses have gone through upgrades. Easy access to shopping, Recreation and Local Highway, #60.

I'm a little biased, my sister and I own a home here. She absolutely loves living here, I like my seasons so not a permanent resident, but I love being able to fly out and stay with her at a moments notice. Always something to do if you want to stay busy. or you can just relax in one of the pools for a bit.
