Sun City Summerlin is a nice community. Be sure you get the exact amount you will be paying for HOA assessments before you start escrow as the BOD are trying to get them raised now as of this date.

Pickleball courts and two tennis courts plus a gym with indoor and outdoor pools. It's a very nice community center
