Great place to lift. They have everything you need and the facility is well taken care. No one recording or being excessively loud or rude like at your typical commercial gym.

Very well managed,clean,great air conditioning! Seems like allergen free air.

This gym is a gem. I’m so grateful I stumbled upon it on my search for a one day drop in while visiting the area (I’d be a member if I lived here). The drop in rate is ridiculously inexpensive, the facility is huge and clean, the staff are incredibly kind, and the gym was not crowded at all. Amazing.

What a great place to workout! I guess I would like to keep it a secret but I was so sick of the crowds and look at me members at other gyms I was ready to give up but one tour is all it took here. Huge building, tons of machines, free weights and cardio equipment and a full indoor track. No crowds and a very clean atmosphere to just get work done. No juice bar or people who look like they are going to the night club or roid heads.
