I was on-site with my 360 booth for the Delta Sigma Theta, Federal City Alumnae Chapter for the Congress Heights community day. Great facility and very well kept. DC needs more places like this. Smooth Sailing Entertainment, LLC

Fantastic community center for learning and tennis instruction. The SETLC team has always been incredibly intentional in caring for the youth that come in and welcoming families. I highly recommend their school year instruction as well as the summer camp options.

This facility offers 14 of the highest-quality public courts available in DC, 8 of which are indoors (there may actually be more than 6 outdoor courts, but I played on an indoor court and only noted the high-quality surface of the outdoor courts). The indoor facility is clean and offers spectator seating for every court. The DC Parks staff that operate the facility offer clinics and lessons. The only drawback to this facility is that, in order to reserve a court, you must first create an account with DC Parks & Recreation, which is easier said than done. The only reason that I have not given this facility a five-star rating is that my reservation was cut short of the hour I purchased so that the staff could prepare for a kids' clinic. I would not have minded this at all if I had been told at the time I made the reservation instead of when I arrived to play tennis. P.S. There don't appear to be pickle ball lines painted on any courts. I appreciate that in a tennis center; pickle ball players should be made to petition the city for their own courts, just as tennis players had to do.

I played on their outside courts and didn’t get to see inside the facility but their courts are well taken care of and well lit at night. Court reservations might need to be made as only two of the outside courts have gates accessible to the public. Also street parking.
