Rallies Pickleball Club

Been a member for three months now, and overall it’s a great place to play pickleball. I’ve played at several locations around Houston, and Rallies really stands out for its court quality and the amount of space available. Just a small suggestion for the owner, if they’re reading this: having one or two large clocks placed around the facility would help players keep an eye on the time.

I’ve been here a few times, and while the front desk staff are generally friendly, the overall experience is really dragged down by the owner. When the facility was opening, a big selling point was that he planned to create a better alternative to DUPR since he openly talks about how unreliable it is. Fast forward, and that system still doesn’t exist. It feels like empty marketing that never turned into anything real. What’s more off-putting is how he talks to and about people. I’ve personally heard him speak unkindly about others, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. It’s not the vibe you expect from a community-focused sports facility. I come because my friends are members here, and even they’ve had ongoing issues with their memberships. Promises were made when they signed up, but those promises were never kept. It’s frustrating to watch loyal members feel brushed off. As for the courts....they’re honestly mid. Some are fine, but others have extremely low ceilings that affect play, which is pretty disappointing for an indoor pickleball facility. Overall, this place could be so much better with more transparency, professionalism, and follow-through. Until then, it’s hard to recommend.

Rallies is a great spot for all things pickle ball! Just started getting into the sport and this location is very welcoming for all types of players. A lot of courts so waiting times are very short. The staff, especially Cici, are very welcoming and friendly. She helped our group out a lot and that didn’t go unnoticed. Thanks Cici looking forward to many more sessions at Rallies!

If I could give the owner HE(SHAM) no star I would. He made promises of dedicated member parking, members room fully stocked, hot towel service, camera to view games and a multiple other things. And none ever came to fruition. He made a group chat for members initially to come together, chat, and talk about improvements for the facility. When members asked about the amenities he promised, he deleted the chat and gave a fake reason to close it. Owner is also super rude and definitely only cares about squeezing as much money from members as possible. Make sure you have everything in writing before you pay or sign. Also, if you’re a member, careful about speaking out. HE(SHAM) put out a new contract where if you speak badly about the club, they can terminate your membership. Attached is a screenshot

Cici was very helpful to our group when it came to getting our reserved court. She made us feel very welcomed with a smile on her face when she greeted every guest. Very professional and kind lady!
