Rodney, BJ and the Picklr team at Brickyard are amazing! We have hosted two tournaments at this location and Rodney, BJ and all the staff there have been incredible to work with. The facilities are clean, new and very well taken care of. The layout of the courts is perfect for a tournament or event. And Rodney’s team kept everything running smoothly. We will be back here for sure!

We hosted a company event here and it was a huge hit! We booked 5 courts for 2 hours, and added an instructor and tournament director to our booking. It was perfect. Our group was mostly beginners, so we appreciated having someone there to teach us the rules of gameplay, scoring, and tips. The tournment director made it easy to get the most our of our time there by keeping the games flowing smoothly so we could get everyone max play time. The venue is amazing, and I can see why it's so popular around here. Evenly-lit, indoor courts are a hot comodity in Utah winters, so I expect our group will be back again soon!

Very disappointed in our experience with the Picklr. We became members a little over 2 years ago and in that time, the amount of changes to the membership policy were alarming. From drastic changes to the guest pass policy (which they claim only exists in order to increase membership, which... that's not my job, that's theirs... but I guess their job is taking advantage of loyal members actually) - which if you don't know, means you can't bring the same guest more than once every quarter (changed from a guest pass is a guest pass) to overbooking courts (which was promised club credits, whatever that means, in apology, and never received), to changing in perks and adding fees to previously included things... on top of all of this, our membership fees (and these are the black friday exclusive mega deals or whatever) have almost doubled in a short two years -- increasing 30% just from last year... we cannot justify remaining members. I know inflation, rising costs, etc etc. But that surely does not justify changing membership terms, nor does it justify increasing fees outpacing inflation by a significant amount. On top of that, you must pay a credit card processing fee (which I believe is around 3%, when paying for two and for the yearly is no small amount) - and they refuse to take cash or check in order to avoid that. They did suggest ACH transaction through their app, which is reasonable, until you've used their buggy and messy app and I'm definitely not trusting my banking information through there. Anyway, the employees seem to be competent, the courts are clean about 60% of the time. The corporate structure seems to be like some of these new services that are come in and undercut all of the competition until there is none and then gouge their existing members. Puts a sour taste in your mouth when you just want to play some pickleball with your friends and family. Sorry, but we will not renew our membership with the Picklr.

The staff here are so friendly and made me feel welcomed! I had a great time playing in the open play with some amazing players. I also got a sweet pickleball hat in the pro shop. I will definitely be back again!
