Pine Island Park-pickleball court

Nice outdoor courts for pickleball. There are 6 courts to play in, usually not many people except at night so good place to come and not have to wait long. The courts are kept clean and maintained well but no water fountain or bathrooms near. Parking is on the grass, so plenty of parking. Everyone is very nice too, would recommend playing here!

It's difficult to understand that as a person who always made friends by playing sports is learning a new game. I took the time to get my serve in consistently and found out that I needed to bring a teammate. Towns falt, can't expect them to monitor the main park like when I was the only "Park Ranger" and made sure everyone had an opportunity to participate? Players falt, they inherited rules that benefit them, why mess with what works? Reality, I have 4 paddles and a little time before my summer starts. I'll have a partner.

The courts are disgusting. No paddle racks. Younger crowd there and little to none rotation. Worst court I’ve been to thus far.
