Pima Community College - West Campus Tennis Courts

Why are they closed? How much could it possibly cost them to open them up again? What is the excuse? They don't wanna pay someone to open them and lock them at closing time? I'll do it for free, just make me a copy of the key.

It is well past time to put the "community" back in these Community college courts. Why have they been locked for almost 2 years now??
