Amazing pickleball facility. Basically agree with everyone here: the coaches are amazing, the front desk staff is so friendly and helpful (and Michael is truly a wonderful human being!), and the facilities are top notch. A great place if you are a casual player or a very serious one.

We recently had to cancel our court reservation at Boston Pickleball Club due to unforeseen circumstances and did so approximately 7 hours in advance. While we understand that policies are in place, it was disappointing to learn that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged—regardless of how much notice you give. Despite reaching out and explaining the situation, the club refused to offer any refund or even partial credit for future use. For a place that promotes community and growing the sport, their rigid stance on this felt more like a money grab than good customer service. We were looking forward to playing regularly here, but unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression. A little more flexibility or understanding would have gone a long way.

BPC is really well run, great facilities (Norwell and Hyde Park), terrific staff and instructors, and has many offerings for all ability levels. They listen to members input and strive to constantly improve.

Recently opened indoor courts in a premier setting. One of the most inviting facilities I have seen in a while. Great programs for a variety of skill levels. Their “ Volley” ball machine is a must try one for any serious players. Complete w/ multiple bathrooms & even shower facilities, this is truly the top facility, especially given Boston’s unpredictable weather/precipitation. Will return here whenever I am in Boston. Absolutely thrilled to have found & played here.

We’ve recently started playing pickleball and couldn’t be happier with our experience here. Steve is always welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful with new players. His positive attitude and friendly smile instantly make you feel at ease, whether you’re just learning or coming in for a regular game. The facility itself is outstanding—very clean, well-organized, and clearly cared for. The bathrooms are spotless, which is something you don’t always find in sports facilities, and it really shows the pride they take in maintaining the space. Pricing is very reasonable, and you definitely feel like you’re getting great value for both the quality of the courts and the welcoming atmosphere. This has quickly become one of our favorite places to play pickleball, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and community-oriented place to play.
