Marco provided outstanding customer experience I have been coming to the shop for weeks now and Marco immediately knew how to communicate with me through texting due that I’m Deaf Today Marco assisted me in pitching grips and wraps for my paddles He even took the time to remove the original grips and replaced them with new ones. I watched him work and it was a challenging task for Marcos but he stick to it and made me happy Pickleball RX shop and employees cares for their customers. Their interaction and knowledge is spot on and it feels welcoming.

I am brand new to Pickleball and my friend recommended this beautiful store. Olivia was my gal! She is so knowledgeable and friendly. She really made me feel comfortable about learning the game. I love the paddle loan program, which will allow this newbie to try-out as many paddles as I want, and then use the try-out deposit toward my purchase. Regardless of your skill level, this store right here is where you need to be for all things pickleball. Thank you Olivia!!!

We went in for some new pickleballs. We came out more knowledgeable about pickleball specific shoes and how they should fit. Robby, the owner, is thorough and very willing to share what he knows so you get exactly what you need. We left with the balls AND a great fitting pair of court shoes. So much better than going to a generic sporting goods store.

Love having a place in Tucson that I can go to demo paddles and check out all the new pickleball gear. The staff is wonderful and so knowledgeable. I went in for a pair of shoes and Olivia went through every single pair and shared all of the pros and cons with me. She really took her time and I am extremely happy with the recommendation. She also helped me with my paddle and I am thrilled with the outcome!!!

Glad I participated in the demo program to try out a number of different paddles during the trial period. All the staff was knowledgeable and able to interpret my feedback on each one. In the end, I choose the very first paddle I tried (thanks, Marcos). Olivia and the owner (Robby?) were also very helpful in the process. Love having this gem right down the street from me.
