Pickleball Kingdom Pinellas Park

I went to Pickleball Kingdom this morning—WOW! What an amazing indoor facility. The staff were friendly and courteous, taking the time to give information about the entire facility and what is offered. The lighting is exceptional, which makes a bug difference in playing indoors. The video scoreboards and ball machines for practice are a plus, and the to comfortable viewing areas is an added nice touch—they truly have everything you could think of. Highly recommend this place you can’t go wrong joining here. Kerrie made us feel completely welcome without ever being pushy or pressured. Whatever your pickleball needs may be, they’ve got you covered. I was there for several hours and ended up purchasing a membership—that says it all!

Great facility. I am new to the game and the staff is extremely helpful and accomodating. As a matter of fact, one of the staff members has given me a few lessons.Thanks, Kalli. The owner, Steve, goes out of his way to make sure that your experience is second to none. If you want to learn the game properly or want to enhance your skill level, I would highly recommend a lesson or two with the facility pro, Dorion. He has a great personality and actually wants you to get better. Overall, a great facility with a great staff. Highly recommend.

I took a Pickleball 101 class with Dorion at the Pinellas Park gym. I live nearby and had been wanting to try pickleball for a while but had never played before, and I’m so glad I signed up. The class was incredibly helpful and covered all the fundamentals, from technique and form to the basic movements and rules of the game. Dorion explained everything clearly and in a way that made it easy to understand as a complete beginner. He shared great tips and practical advice that made me feel confident stepping onto the court. What really stood out was how patient, encouraging, and inclusive he was with our group. He created such a fun, welcoming environment that made learning feel relaxed and enjoyable. I left feeling excited to keep playing instead of intimidated. I would absolutely recommend Dorion for classes or coaching at PB Kingdom, whether you are brand new to pickleball or looking to sharpen your skills. Such a great experience!

So excited for this place to be open! Both the owners are regularly there with a smile - talking and taking feedback from their members. If you live in St. Pete - it’s the best place to be a member (no per visit fees) and if you’re visiting - come stop by and jump in on open play!

Attended a great pickleball 101 instruction session with head coach Dorion Brown. He was exceptional at breaking down the technical aspects and fundamentals of the basic shots needed for a beginner to build on. His teaching methodology was relaxed and focused on repetition and key words that are intended to bring consistency to shot making. He was fun and relatable, and there to support. Highly recommend the experience with him and the facility itself.
