Veterans Community Park

Nice park, a lot of retirees, not a lot of riff raff going on. Pickle ball courts, baseball fields, a covered hockey rink (first time I’ve see that in Florida on my travels), dog parks for small and large dogs, and more.

Enjoyed the Wednesday morning Farmer’s Market. Made the mistake of dining beforehand. Big mistake as there are so many great options at the market. Fabulous bread and bakery options, fresh fruit & vegies and prepared international foods as well as honey, jewelry & art.

Good park for kids to run around and play. Most of the pics shown are from many years ago and they must have re done the park since it looks nothing like then. I’m posting updates photos now

Veterans Community Park is a very beautiful park with many different activities for residents. I played pickleball and met very nice people while having fun. There is also a well maintained dog park.

This is a great park with lots of shade. They have hoops, tennis, pickleball, dog park and more we did not experience. Looks well kept.
