Briarwood is a fantastic neighborhood in Central Naples. Great security and probably the best community in Naples for vacation rentals! Nice community pool, tennis courts, etc.

Unfortunately the security company they hired really ruins the experience. A few of them are very rude and unprofessional. The worst is a man with a shaved head who works nights. It’s amazing how the little things can spoil everything.

Lived in Briarwood for over 15 years and planning on selling your house? Have fun! My house was built in 1998 and after I had interest in the house, BPOA decided to send me a certified letter stating that I was in violation for six items. After all this time, now I'm in violation something... Okay. One of which stood out to me the most: "#3) Please note your home is not an approved Briarwood color"... Okay. Yet, the color of my house had never once been changed or altered within 17+ years nor was I ever notified that there was a new color list. If a letter, email or certified letter from USPS had been sent to me, I would have corrected what was wrong then. I had zero knowledge of this until there was interest in my house. I was fined $100/day for 33 days and even though I was in the process of having all violations taken care of before the new homeowners took over, I still had to pay $3,300 on top of all the money it was costing to correct these fines (a lot). If I was taking care of the violations before I went to sell the house and leave the neighborhood, then why would I have to pay for the fines too? Mind blown. Oh, and Sylvia M. is an absolute nightmare to communicate with and Bill Spinelli, President/Owner of Titan Homes, LLC is just a "crook". I quote "crook" because several people use that word when speaking of him and well, that's him... "a dishonest person, especially a sharper, swindler, or thief". I am so happy to be out of that hell hole.

Great community low association fees, close to the beaches and all commercial areas.

Love this development. Pool, 2 pickleball courts.
