Nice place to rest after frequent walks. The regulars are genuinely good people to speak with and are knowledgeable about the area & surroundings. There is a well maintained public restroom, drinking fountains and stations to charge mobile & accessibility devices. There are no swings for children but there is a basketball court. Peace ✌️ Brian Bruce The park has undergone major changes. I will follow up with photos in a day or two. Peace ✌️ Brian Bruce

I recently visited Piazza Italia Park in San Antonio and found it to be a nice, quiet spot tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The park itself is nothing special, but it does have a pretty church and a small basketball hoop. It's a great place to go for a peaceful walk or to just sit and relax. The only downside is that there isn't much to do in the park, so it's not the best place to take kids. All in all, it's a nice spot to get away from the city and enjoy some peace and quiet.

I truly believe in AMERICA 🇺🇸 ~ Melting Pot …why I love the Melting Pot —Fondue 🫕 restaurant in San Antonio! I came alone single widowed mother of lovely children one with serious medical condition and special needs came down to my fav Texas body of water Riverwalk last night. I know I am not alone with my God and my angels in the San Antonio Police Department #SAPD I felt very safe and they didn’t bother me when I went down the wrong way or when I went down the wrong road that was refreshing in itself! it was a little late it was quiet but it was beautiful it was warm weather and it was lit up like a Christmas tree and I look up like a Christmas tree when I saw the Piazza Italia park along the new expansion of our romantic lovely SA Rive walk It is the second most visited city in San Antonio Alamo being the number one tourist attraction next door! This location is in front of a church and it's a bus stop in front across from Santa Rosa Hospital & one block away from University Hospital Downtown. My service dog loves to walk, eat lunch, and of course, do his business on these grounds before we head to our family's designated appointment location in this neighborhood. No playground but has a tennis court and free parking, beautiful trees with flowers and green grass, seating benches are available throughout the property.
