Had the opportunity to take a tour inside historical Independence Hall and it was simply amazing. The biggest reason for that was our tour guide Park Ranger Hugh who was extremely informative, entertaining, and engaging. He made our entire group come alive with questions and passion and I would highly recommend this visit to everyone. We will be going back with our teenage sons.

Called to ask a question about why there are chains on the entrances of a park in Philadelphia at Bridge and Pratt and my grandparents cannot roll their wheelchairs through the only entrance which has steps switchboard operator was very rude. Very disrespectful and needs to be fired. not wanting to supply information on where I could have the question answer very unprofessional city needs a overhaul..

Parks and Rec tree division neglected to prune / cut back this tree multiple times after I reached out to them years ago. They are reactive and not proactive. Tree was sticking out to the street was bound to happen. The Inspector that showed up responded “everyone wants a tree cut” when I told him I had reached out prior basically telling me it costs money so it’s a no go.

Never answers never responds. Has mowed Norris square park twice this entire year both times like now have waited for grass to be above the knee. An embarrassment to the city. What are they getting paid for?

This is not my experience . But I have a sister that works for them and this morning 8/14/24 a few mins ago she called me to tell me, her card for payment is being used for multiple transactions this month with Starbucks and Amazon deliveries . Just sayin workn for the city doesn't look safe wit things like this goin on . Almost 1,000$ gone due to some employee stealing and using her personal information.
