Penn Tennis Center

I took an intro to tennis course here a couple of months ago. Over half of the classes (3/5) were cancelled by Penn Tennis, and I never received a refund for any class. After multiple attempts to contact them, I have just given up on trying. Avoid at all costs!

Honestly I love most everyone here except for Mr. Tyrone Buchanan. He couldn’t care less about coaching. Uninvolved and discouraging. He should probably retire if he had grown tired of this job…. Without him, 5 start.

Absolutely ridiculous. I left my wallet at the tennis court after playing the last time slot and was the last one left the court. And next morning when I came back after it opened right away. I found my wallet in the lost and found but all the money there is missing.

This is for the indoor facilities only. The outdoor facilities aren’t worth paying for. Great courts. Well lit. Clean. The staff at the front desk are helpful and kind although occasionally understaffed. I highly recommend two of the pros if you’re looking for lessons, Tom and Tony. There’s also a signup sheet for people looking for new people to play with.

This is one of the few best tennis centers in North-East US. Great management, fantastic facility, excellent programs for juniors and for older players. My daughter trained regularly with several coaches and attended training camps run by Co-Directors, Ms. Ellah Nze and Mr. David Geatz. She loved the programs and camps offered by the Center. Highly recommend.
