I play pickleball in facilities all over the country, and this is such a great facility. Attended the “soft” opening yesterday and it’s amazing what a great club it is already, still a month away from the a grand opening. Duane & Ruben were so helpful & welcoming me as I drove 60 miles to play. What a great place this will be for Corporate events, tournaments and everyday play. Plenty of safe parking, super comfortable and stylist lobby, just a first class operation. High ceilings, lights on the side of the courts, professional nets and comfortable multilayer surface. Thanks for bringing this pickleball & more experience to Charlotte.

I'm impressed. I am a member at multiple facilities in the area and this place is massive. A couple of big draws for me: the number of courts and the early hours (starting Feb 1). With my schedule I have to go to early sessions before work starts and this one will open at 5:30. Really looking forward to the gym area for training also.

Amazing time at Peak Time Pickleball. The facility is awesome with 19 indoor courts, high ceilings, and great for all skill levels. Could use better lighting and maybe some sound barriers on the wall. Obviously its brand new and they will upgrade as they go. There’s a fitness center and sauna coming soon. I like the lounge areas, and tons of options like open plays for all ratings, rated open plays, round robins, leagues, tournaments, and group or private lessons with actual Pros, which really makes it feel like a community. The staff is amazing, especially Miller, Ruben, Juliana, and Dwayne super friendly and helpful. Convenient hours, easy Uptown location, and free parking. Definitely a must-check-out spot if you love pickleball.

This place is incredible. It's huge, well lit and the courts are acrylic surface and there will be a bar open soon. Definitely stay tuned!

Space is nice. Lighting is not perfect, and it is noisy, but it's roomy and functional. The place has great potential. That said, even recognizing they are currently in a soft-opening phase, the open play ("midday madness") session I attended was nonetheless a disorganized mess. Paddle stack is dysfunctional and ignored. Players tended to pair up and camp out on courts (including a group who simply claimed a court and set up a birthday party). Some players formed their own games, with other players walking around looking for games (and undoubtedly feeling excluded). It all felt unnecessarily chaotic and unwelcoming. No staff around. They have also not yet segregated play by skill level. Maybe that is coming, but on this day, there was a very wide range of abilities and experience, which does not lend itself to fun or competitive games for anyone. Seems like such low-hanging fruit, resolved by just a few administrative and organizational adjustments. Every other facility in the city has figured out how to run effective open play.
