Great location. Parking close by. They have a heated swimming pool, which is nice in winter. Very convenient floor plan for stays of a week. Free coffee and popcorn, plus other activities, in the club room.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Old, dark, dingy, loud appliances that make it impossible to sleep. Staff are rude, unapproachable and unwelcoming. We stayed there for the sole purpose of playing tennis and were denied access for hours to courts and told they were “wet”. Once completely dry they still would not let us play ruining our day. While we waited for 2 hours beside a dry court we went onto the court to take a photo and then were told we were trespassing and asked to leave the facility and told we were not able to play for the remainder of our stay. This was a 6 woman girls trip. Completely ruined our holiday. The woman who is the tennis director and the general manager of the hotel should be replaced. Do not stay here. It was a complete waste of thousands of dollars in travel and a horrible experience.

A straight 4 stars. The hotel itself has a wonderful old Hollywood vibe. For someone who is usually happy in lower quality, no heirs and graces about me, this is excellent value, and I love the architecture of the building. Not given five stars simply as to not mislead anyone into thinking this an exceptional hotel in Palm Springs, but it would be exceptional in most resorts. I loved it. And it has that bit of history too.

So had an opportunity to check out this resort through RCI and I will say that it is very nice. There are two sides, right across the street from each other. If you have a bungalow, then you will be across the street, if you have a studio or hotel, you will be in the main building. Everyone at the front desk was very nice and hospitable to us, special shout out to Raymond and Allison. The pool on the bungalow side is small, but will work if you want it to. The grounds are clean and there is a restaurant on property at the end of the street (didn't try it though, but heard great things). Our one bedroom was great, definetly dated, but still great. It was HOTTTTT outside, but the AC in the unit combatted that very well. We had an issue with the refrigerator, and the maintenance people took care of it immediately and replaced it. The room has a washer and dryer and has PLENTY of towels and washcloths for showering and the Pool. The location of the resort is fantastic as it is really in the heart of downtown and not far from anything.....almost walkable especially when it is not 125 degrees outside. I heard something's about unreliable wifi, but they just had a new upgrade of their systems that seemingly worked well...but I brought a hotspot with me just in case. This will definitely be a return place again and I would highly recommend you give it a chance. Oh and they have coffee and tea available for most of the day and evening and fresh popcorn at 4pm every day.
