Large cracks run through both courts making them bad for tennis. Court condition would likely be ok for pickleball but pickleballers will need to apply their own court lines with tape as they are not painted on. The court condition deserves one star, but the reason I am giving 3 stars is because court lights can be turned on with the push of a button for night play. Also the courts are tucked back away from any through streets and are quite hidden from view. Because of this jumping right on without any wait is highly likely. I have not had to wait yet!

This quiet and well hidden park is not a bad place to come and try to get the feeling of nature/outdoors in a rather dense metropolitan area. The only downsides would are that it is somewhat hard to find and only has one road to get to it and that it's directly next to a power station so you have all of the power lines and the huge capacitors and wires directly next to the courts only separated by a cinder block wall.

Nice courts and speaks well for Scottsdale. It is next to other areas of activity which give the entire park balance. It is next to a playground, basketball court, Ramada, restrooms and places where we can just meet and or eat. The northside foliage dividing court and playground may offer limited sound dampening. To my unsophisticated eyes the court surface condition seems better than at some other parks.
