I like the club. We had a slight problem with the sunlight and the glare from the windows in the morning but overall the experience was very good. Sway is a very personable pro and the price for seniors can’t be beat. I would recommend New Gen to other pickleballers.

The facility does not have air conditioning, and it smells of sweat. The owner keeps saying that they're new and they're learning, but they don't make up for their mistakes and they keep making them. To the investors, you need to get a floor cleaning machine, air conditioning, fence is too close to the court, there are dips in the court surface and better trained Pickleball staff. You really don't compete with the other facilities. Elite players will never play here. Physical security at this location is a nightmare, the PickleShack & PaddleTaps at least thought about how to secure the building properly This pickleball instructor Sway is a disgruntled ex PickleShack employee that talks bad about is previous employer. His depth of knowledge is lacking. This company does not belong in Delaware County. Sway's clinics are listed by DUPR rating which he totally ignores in lieu of making money. He gives you a DUPR rating that is totally destroyed if you enter one of their poorly ran tournaments. The tournaments were supposed to be broken up by DUPR score. They combined everyone and you had to play against advance experienced players. This will ruin your DUPR score, Grant is a gem. Take a private lesson with him if you can. Sumedha Vadlamani is a gem. Intelligent, polite and get things done. Columbus has many options for Pickleball. The PickleShack and Paddle Taps are better options. They have air conditioning and don't smell like sweat.

Great experience at Newgen Racquet Club! They helped organize a fantastic private pickleball event for our group. The courts were excellent, and the staff were super helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend for any pickleball gatherings!

My entire family plays at this club and I have had the opportunity to get to know the staff over the past few months. Tito is building something special here! He’s built a community around Tennis and is now building one around Pickleball. Tito, Sway and the entire staff are some of the most genuine people that I have ever met. Their willingness to accept feedback and learn are attributes that I want in a coach and facility. Some of the reviews posted are clearly coming from a personal position. Yes, this is a business but let’s not forget the humans behind the business. There is no need to be personal. I would highly encourage people to check out this club. Go in and talk to Tito or Sway. You’ll quickly realize positive energy that they both expel. They are new and they are learning and they are very open to feedback. The humans in the room are some of the best and the community they are building is amazing. I’m thankful to be a part of it!

Holy cow!!!! 8 indoor courts!! Fresh brand new courts. Great lighting. You can even LOB as high as you want to!!! Such a cool place right off 23
