McCabe Park Community Center

Tried to call them twice and both times their answering machine came up and said “please call us during normal business hours”. I did call you during what you said in that message was normal business hours! Is someone there just maybe a little bit lazy and doesn’t want to answer the phone?

My husband & I really enjoyed the our first Senior Strengthening class today. Our trainer was Tristan and he did a fantastic job. We will return. Great place with very affordable fees.

I found this rec center while working in The Nations area of Nashville, TN for 3 months. McCabe rec center worked out PERFECTLY! It has all of the basics I needed (free weights, machines) to perform a full workout of all body parts. It was hardly ever crowded and the staff were kind and welcoming. The other "gyms" in the area were ridiculously expensive and offered services I didn't need or want (cold plunges, smoothie bars, etc). Ann and Chris - really ALL of the staff at McCabe - were super helpful and I am grateful for having found this gem in Nashville, TN. --- Joe

Nice clean building, they had many activities talking place from walking, yoga and basketball games.

good size place for gatherings. could use more parking closer to building.
