Monterey Park - Playground

Beautiful park! However, the sprinkler system is over watering every single morning. There is so much water that birds bathe in the pools on the grass. Mowing has caused ruts because the ground is so damp. The runoff is extraordinary every day! This is not proper use of water unless it collected and reused to irrigate again.

Best dog park around really clean really big the fence is a little short and a reallly small dog could fit under it but other than that it’s good

Fun in the Sun with lots of activities for kids. 👦🏾 🧒🏽 👧🏾 A dog park, walking trail, huge playground, library, baseball field and pickleball courts

I don't know who maintains this park, but it's obvious they take a lot of pride in it! Great park to take the kids and dogs. Water fountains, doggie bags, raked sand, lots of open space and trees for shaded picnics, tables, horseshoe game, garbage bins, benches, roofed table area with cooking grills, lots of parking, bike racks, basketball court, soccer fields. Really worth while. Great park! Great place for a get together.

Good news! Those 5+-year-old photos in other reviews are no longer relevant. This place has been massively upgraded with an amazing play structure and shade sails. Really unique and impressive!
