Nice set up for the most popular new feature in many communities. Courts are well thought out with limited foot print and seem conscientious about sound. Club house with full court hoops run and splash park for kids and lawn area to relax in Winter months. Permanent courts get most shade depending on time of year. Blended lines courts for overflow. It’s a bit snug but effective. They could use gates to control traffic and rolling balls.

McDowell Mountain Ranch Park and Community Center is a fantastic spot for families seeking fun, fitness, and a sense of community. My three daughters loved every moment of our visit, and it’s safe to say we’ll be coming back often! The park itself is beautiful, with plenty of open space and well-maintained sports fields. My kids were thrilled with the playground, which offers a great mix of climbing structures, slides, and swings to keep them entertained for hours. The splash pad was another big hit—perfect for cooling off and burning some extra energy on a warm day. Inside the community center, the facilities are top-notch. The pool area is incredible, featuring lap lanes and a recreational pool that’s perfect for kids. My girls loved swimming and splashing around, and it was a great way for them to stay active while having fun. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring everything was clean and safe. There’s also a great range of activities for all ages, from fitness classes to community events, making it a true hub for families. Whether you’re looking for outdoor adventures or indoor fun, McDowell Mountain Ranch Park and Community Center has something for everyone. Highly recommended!

Love the farmers markets at McDowell mountains. The only thing is it only comes once a month. First Sunday of the month. Lots of vendors. Come check them out next month.

One of my favorite places - great community center with a beautiful green lawn, clean pool and area. Great playground for the kiddos, splash pad (seasonal) and the best pickleball around. Lots of fun with community events.
