McCoy Pavilion

It's a meeting place for events and other occasions. You have to make reservations with the city of you want to use the place. Fits about a couple hundred people and it's air conditioned. Lots of parking but you compete with the beach users at Ala Moana beach park. Not a real exciting location but some like it. It has large outdoor courtyards if you are into that. I prefer a/c especially during the summer.

Second visit in two years and the air conditioning is still not working. You would think the City would take more pride in a location for locals. Meeting rooms are Spartan but useable. Wait till they fix the air conditioning before booking this place.

Attending the Greek Festival here at McCoy pavilion. Nice cool areas to sit under the shade trees near the pond. Great food and live Greek music!

In march 2017, their AC in the main ballroom was broken. Tree roots have compromised several doorways to where you can't open them for better air flow on a hot hot day. I don't know why anyone would have an event here. It needs to be torn down/ start over.

The McCoy Pavilion was nice! They hosted the Scottish festival on April 6th, were I was supposed to volunteer but left due to being racially discriminated against.
