Maximo Park

Smaller park but so beautiful and serene. Easy access to the water and has shaded trails to walk your dogs. I went during the weekend but it wasn't crowded. Definitely will be back.

Beautiful view and dog friendly 😍 they also have a disc golf course, playground, boat ramp, fishing pier, bike trails, picnic areas and bathrooms.

Great state park for a family day. It has nice picnic areas, a fun playground, and a shallow beach that feels safe and relaxing. Highly recommended for enjoying the outdoors

This playground is perfect for a hot summer day as it’s fully covered except for the swings in direct sunlight and always hoping for that summer waterfront breeze to roll thru. This park is fenced in, great for ages 1-6 and bug spray is a must. There is an observation tower across the street that is still closed from hurricanes, bummer and some shaded pathways to explore. Bathrooms, picnic tables, disc golf and boat trailer parking for your water adventures.

Small park with boat launch and disc golf. Not crowded and very peaceful.
