These hours are not accurate. First off, this is an elementary school, secondly, they have hours for the general public, but I was told from 4-8/9 p.m… why offer it at all? What a scam, that gives no time for the public to use your extra large industrial facility. The mayor needs to know about this racket, and how they benefit from calling themselves a rec center, but for 3 hours a day…

I enjoyed the pool at Marie Reed. They did a great job during the renovation. Loved the music they were playing as well. Not too crowded, but I also went super early in the morning. Planning on going there regularly.

A hidden gem that I discovered by way of dc parks/rec. 1st post covid swim class and loving every moment. I have the BEST swim teacher on the PLANET! ❤️❤️❤️

Good managed school. Our daughter has been going to Marie Reed, studies at one of dual language / Spanish classes. Renovated building, big enough space, two playgrounds and a bigger (soccer) field. School staff are friendly and helpful. We are also happy with our Spanish teachers. It is no surprise the school received 5 stars from OSSE this year.

I am here working the early voting polls and it's my first time inside. Very nice! Great pool. I will have to come back for the other amenities once I'm finished as an election worker.
