Lynnhurst Recreation Center

The year? 1985. The class? Music and Movement. The vibe? Chill; fun too. This is back when girls were starting to wear jellies all the time. How those were comfy I can’t imagine. But yea the Rec center—— totally baller lobby and ping-pong table.

This place is typical of community centers in Minneapolis. My 4 year old goes to gymnastics here and the teacher is really great. She keeps the kids moving and learning and has a great way of keeping them excited and interested.
