Lynnhurst Park

The playground is older, but still fun. Lots of different levels of playing that kids of all ages can enjoy. I was a little worried about slivers from the wood parts of the playground. There were tennis lessons going on at the tennis courts, people biking and walking around, and quite a few kids playing with adults looking on. There is also a small wading pool with sprinklers, but we didn't use that as it was fairly chilly. Overall a nice experience.

Everything you could ask for from a neighborhood park. Playground, wading pool, tennis and basketball, baseball and more. Keeps the kids entertained for a couple of hours.

Nice park but as others have shared, it could use an update. The paint is peeling on some of the equipment. My toddler son loved the sand but I didn't find the park in general to be super friendly for kids under 3. I do think it's fun for older kids though. The location and park are much appreciated as you're just a few blocks away from the Lake Harriet South Beach.

Came here to use a field for kick ball. Overall clean park. Very convenient with different activities located closely to each other. I noticed baseball fields, batting cage, playground (older), kiddie pool/splash pad, basketball court, tennis court, and a walking/biking path around the park. There were also restrooms.

despite the Minneapolis Park % Recreation Board's website, this park unfortunately does not have any outdoor pickle ball courts. there are markings on the tennis court, but the demarcations are the wrong dimensions and size. Regardless, this park is lovely and I would come back any other day.
