Dobson ranch, with over 1000 homes is large enough to offer residents several lakes and three recreation centers, each of which has pools and other facilities. Los Altos has two pools, several tennis courts, a Basketball court and a small lakeside park with a boat ramp. The larger pool is a junior Olympic pool. It’s not for diving. The water is 3-5 feet deep, with a four foot depth covering the largest area. In the summer (Memorial to Labor Day, it is open 8am to 9 pm. You need a Dobson Ranch key fob to get in.

If I could do 3 1/2 Stars I would but it won't let me I really like this place my daughter does her swim team here. Bathrooms are always clean, it's in a good area, on the lake. Theres tennis courts and basketball courts, a little playground and a larger pool for laps and a smaller pool for little kids. The reason why I gave it three stars is because it doesn't have any shaded area for when you're watching the swim team during the hot hot summer. No shade no seating no nothing. So if you are coming for swim team etc. I suggest bringing a little fan that you can miss yourself with an umbrella and a chair. Oh and make sure you have your key fob with you cuz usually you have to have the key fob to get in, because this is a Dobson Ranch association pool.

This is private facility for Dobson Ranch residents only. Pools, courts, and restroom are in gated area. Everyone needs a fob to enter. HOA has received many angry complaints about non-residents asking players to open the gates for them. We were instructed not to allow non-residents here.

We have family in this community, so we're here pretty often. The facilities are kept nice, and they just redid the deck. Watch your step, though, because the stone is slippery and gets super hot during the summer. The attendants are usually not friendly; I think the last time one was actually friendly was a couple of years ago. The two pools kind of make up for the rude attendants; or, if you just stay away from them, you can have a great time.

This is the practice pool for the Dobson Dolphins. My 2 grandchildren are on the team. Nice recreation area with Junior Olympic size pool and toddler pool. Parking is easy getting in and out. Vending machines inside. A well kept pool, with a tennis and basketball courts on one side. A lake borders the north area. Really nice.
