Lone Mountain Park Pickleball courts

Pretty nice courts. They were all full when we showed up. I don’t know the rotation system but we never needed to do it. There were always a perfect amount of people. Not 5 stars because the courts are oriented so the morning sun is right in your eyes.

What makes this court difficult to play in and even hazardous are the severe lack of lights on every court. The illumination between one side of the court over the other is drastically different. If you’re on the side towards the fence, illumination can be so bad that you can lose sight of the ball coming at you. This makes for very frustrating games at the least, and worst case are players colliding with each other during play. Players have submitted requests and complaints to the county ever since they changed the lights to LEDs, but it seems like it’s just falling on deaf ears. Nearby courts like Durango and Police Memorial offer well-lit courts. I recommend you head there if you’re in the neighborhood if you want a good session.

Love this place people are so nice fun and friendly. Great group very inviting.

Great when you need to get thay 2 mile walk / run with dog or solo
