First impressions are everything. I’ve been with Life Time for a number of years. The front desk team; from Freddy & Kim, to Leo, Gabi, Grace, Steven, Roxanna, Michael and Cindy…they have become friends and more like extended family. A big shout to Mike and his Cafe team! Marc and Dorjon at Life Time Fitness were absolutely amazing. Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable, answered all my questions, and provided excellent service with a great attitude. You can tell they truly care about members and take pride in what they do. Their positivity and work ethic really stood out and made my experience at Life Time even better. Highly recommend recognizing both of them for outstanding service.

Such a wonderful facility! The staff is so friendly and helpful. You won’t find a better place for PB. Yoga is great- took a Boga Board Yoga class with Mary that was amazing, fun and challenging!

Life time City center has the BEST yoga program! The program leader Stacey has a way of not only giving great instructions but also connecting to the whole class, encouraging and caring for everyone, I felt so great every time after class, my mind and body. I have had classes with Johnny and Mary, both are really great instructors as well! and l felt everyone there really loves what they do and constantly trying to make it better. A great community for Yoga lovers!

I’d like to give special recognition to the concierge team at Lifetime Memorial City Center. Grace, Cindy and Gabby are always on top of their game with the upmost of spirits. They set the stage for a welcoming club experience. Their facility knowledge is complete and their ability to quickly answer questions speaks volumes of their commitment to the organization and to helping members and guests. Their ability to multitask while still maintaining that welcoming feel is always appreciated. And because of these things a special recognition and appreciation is needed.
