If I were reviewing the Kids Club alone, it’d be five stars from me. They do an amazing job—my kid is happy there, the staff is attentive, and I always feel completely comfortable leaving him while I get a workout in. it’s the primary reason I chose Lifetime over any other gym Big shoutout to the front desk team too. They’re phenomenal: friendly, patient, and clearly juggling a ton at once. You can tell they work hard to create a great experience for members. The only reason this isn’t a full five-star review is consistency around cleanliness and upkeep. Sometimes the equipment feels a bit lacking, and while there are sanitizing wipe stations everywhere, they’re often empty. I’m sure most members are happy to wipe down equipment, but without wipes it’s tough to do our part. Overall: fantastic staff and an excellent Kids Club—just needs a bit more attention to cleaning supplies and day-to-day upkeep.

Like the pools! Great for the whole family! There are four pools! Two indoor and two outdoor. Kids enjoy the water play here! A lot of different workout equipments for you to choose, definitely you can find your favorite workout routine.

We as a family are VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Everyone is just a number to them!! That says ALOT.....Yes, it's a nice gym, but NOT WORTH IT. Especially after talking to them like, oh who cares you have been a member SINCE 2008 almost 20 YEARS!! Whenever the rates go up so does ours. We just got a letter stating rates went up again, so two people only $230 month with $30 discount for being long time members. I will also say there not 24hrs no more, and half of the time the sauna and hot tubs are being worked on. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please do better!!

Gilbert, AZ has Cold Plunge in the common area which makes it a pleasant place to do heat and cold sessions. LifeTime makes building muscle, gaining strength, recovery and living Life convenient. The Cold Plunge should be a signature amenity at all locations. All other amenities are available as well.

Reading these reviews, I had to chime in. I travel a lot and have been to several Lifetime locations across the country — it’s actually a running joke with my wife that I want to see how many Lifetimes I can visit in my “lifetime.” So far I’ve been to: • 2 in Naperville • 1 in Long Island • 1 in San Diego • 2 in Fullerton • 1 in Colorado Springs All of them were nice — but in comparison, the Gilbert Lifetime has been one of the cleanest and overall nicest gems of them all. To see people claim that other locations are great but this one “doesn’t meet the same standards” is honestly a joke. The bathrooms are very clean, the staff is professional, and while it gets busy at times, it’s no different than any other gym. I usually go in the mornings, and even then I wouldn’t call it overcrowded. If someone’s on a machine, give it five minutes and it opens up. That’s normal gym life. If anything, the only thing I’d love to see is maybe another leg extension machine — but that’s just nitpicking. Overall, this location is top-tier.
