Life Time

I have to start by saying this is my favorite place to be. Aside from the amenities here the people is where this LifeTime really shines. From the staff when you walk in (Chelsea, Kaaren, Daniela, Andrew, Patrick & Kemma) to name a few, they start my mornings off with a warm and inviting greeting. The facility is always cleaned and maintained. Shout out to the support staff! They handle any issues extremely quickly. But the highlight for me would have to be the Dynamic Personal Training staff lead by Jo! I can’t express enough how impactful this team is. All extremely educated and friendly! I need to give an extremely big shout out to the Dynamic Trainer AJ! Talk about being great at your job! I walked in from an injury while working out and worked with him to address it. He educated me on how I injured myself and worked to address my pains. He even walked me through stretches to help alleviate the pain going forward. Without AJ I would still be hobbling around trying to ignore the pain. Truly thankful for this gym but most importantly the team.

Please fix the temperature in both the men's and women's saunas which have apparently recently been reset at 168 instead of the previous setting at 182-186 agrees. We are paying top dollar monthly dues to access this service which has been inaccessible at the recommended therapeutic level for the past several weeks. I spoke to sweet April, front desk concierge, about this last week hoping that the issue would be resolved quickly, but, despite April's efforts communicating the issue to her supervisor--and my own--nothing has been done to correct the problem. I will take down my 1-star review as soon as you fix the problem. Thank you, Lifetime.

Posting anonymously. I rarely leave reviews unless the experience truly warrants it. Lifetime has built a strong reputation, which is why this experience was so disappointing. The tall white gentleman at the front desk who scans barcodes and checks members in is consistently unwelcoming. For a facility where members pay nearly $500 a month for a family, this level of customer service, especially first thing in the morning when you walk in is unacceptable. First impressions matter, and being greeted with cold or dismissive energy immediately sets the wrong tone. Lifetime is known for excellence, but the front desk experience has unfortunately taken away from that reputation. Will give it a better star if the customer service improves at the front desk eventually!!

Been member since Lifetime opened several years ago. Great atmosphere for everyone of all ages. Large number of cardio machines, strength training machines, and free weights. Indoor pools, outdoor pool, kid care from 8 to 1. Extra cost. Certified personal trainers at extra cost. Many classes like yoga, baree, pilates, bike racing, tennis, pickleball etc.

Second time here during a short visit. Very nice people at the front desk. The gym was clean and actually packed on a snow day. Thank you for being so kind to a visitor!
