Excellent park with a great new pedestrian bridge!

It's a nice neighborhood park great for a tennis match (first come first serve) or a dog walk. You'll want to keep the dog on leash because it's close to a busy road. You'll also want bug spray in the summer.

Very limited parking maybe four or five cars can park there. I can't recall if there were lights on the courts. Just my luck as soon as I walked onto the courts, the sky fell out, and a mini-monsoon started. Courts seemed to be in reasonably good shape, with no cracks. They only have two tennis courts, and they aren't side by side as most courts would be. If two players were on each court, their backs would be facing each other. Oooh yeah, bring a can of mosquito repellant.

Solid shaded courts right off the road. A little challenging if you are wheeling a machine as it is an unpaved trail. Gets very crowded in afternoons and weekends. No lights

Grew up here, literally played in the tunnel in the photo 30 years ago. Clean and quiet. But remember, bb guns are illegal to shoot inside the city limits 😉
