The facility and staff are awesome. The only concern is safety for players being picked up. It was my first visit with grands and another lady was sent to pickup neighbors kids and no questions asked or sign in/out roster. The staff is patient and knowledgeable in training from the bare basics. Great place to learn and grow.

My kids had a great experience at their summer camp and now transitioning to private lessons. They love it!

If you want to give your kids a lifelong love for the game please I implore you to sent them to Legacy. The program for munchkins are well designed for fun and also most importantly the fundamentals in the game. I’m very much impressed with the drills that are used on 4-7 year olds. I wished I had this as a child. The ratio of coach to kids were 1 to 4 on average depending on the day but not more than 1 to 6.

My grandson plays tennis here. He’s going to be 7. He loves it. I love watching. Legacy has a great viewing area to watch everything going on there. They’re very busy.

I visited Legacy Youth Tennis and Education last week. This non-profit is the former Auther Ashe Youth Tennis and Education Center, 2003. Its courts and building are on the Philadelphia Parks and Recreation Center's land. I inquired about the cost of lessons for teenagers and any summer camps. For summer camps, I think they quoted 550.00 per week, and lessons were quoted at about 120.00 per hour. This sounds expensive to me, especially concerning the economic demographics of Philadelphia. What do you think?
