Half of their courts, #5-#9 are unplayable due to bad lighting. It’s more than just annoying. When you are playing on the back side looking toward the main courts, you are blinded by dozens of halogen lights above the other courts. They are easily the worst indoor courts of any place I’ve played. Do not reserve these courts. Also, when these courts are among those assigned to an open play, people will not play on them. They’ll let the paddle rack get backed up until they can get on one of the center courts. This makes the wait times intolerable. There are lots of good places to play in the twin cities. This isn’t one of them.

I was really disappointed with my experience here, specifically due to an employee named Isabelle, who works on the weekends. My girlfriend is a beginner at pickleball, and we signed up for different open play levels so we could each play at an appropriate skill level. We simply wanted to play a game together, and none of the other players had any issue with it. Unfortunately, Isabelle refused to allow it and handled the situation with a very poor attitude. The way she enforced the rule felt unnecessary and unwelcoming, especially since pickleball is supposed to be a fun, social sport—particularly for beginners who are still learning and building confidence. Her attitude made the experience uncomfortable and honestly not enjoyable. When she’s working, the environment feels tense instead of friendly. Because of this, I’m seriously considering going to another facility where players are treated with more respect and flexibility. Rules are one thing, but customer service and approach matter, and that was completely lacking here.

Tried it with my friends today for the first time and it was way too hot. Need more air flow or air conditioning. Even the lobby was warm and got water from drinking fountain and that was warm. Not worth it for the price. Better facilities out there. Need to get barriers to cover the openings between courts, so the ball stays in the court of play.

The worst pickleball club in MN. Cheap blue paint dyes your shoes blue, a third of the courts are unplayable due to blue walls and poor lighting and the cold. THE COLD!!! This place in the winter is kept at a nice 40 degrees in the morning and tops out at 50 on a nice day. Stay away for high level pickleball everybody!!!

This place has become my go to spot locally. They did address the AC issue recently and it felt a lot better today. The prices here are hard to beat in comparison to other places. Bring a group of friends, split the courts & you’ll have a blast.
