La Familia Recreation Center

My name is Donna and I recently a membership since I am considered a senior 61 and your staff that waited on me were very friendly and very welcoming. At first I was undecided because I am somebody with that has a disability. I am mildly mentally retarded and not too many people are very friendly towards people like myself. Size thought to my sour disco give it a try and see what happens and they’re more than welcome to help me and and I’m happy I did. I’ve been to your gym a few times already I love doing the treadmill and eventually I’m gonna do this swimming pool I’m not a swimmer, but I like to get in the water.💦 This walk around in it cause I don’t know how to swim, but I still like to get in the water.

We encountered and very rude customer service agent at the front desk. She was not helpful. She doesn’t know about the events that are happening at her recreation center. We wanted to see the facility. She didn’t even offer to give us a tour.Very unprofessional so whoever worked on Saturday at 12:46 pm Please work with on your attitude.

this rec center has horrible staff who treat members as annoyances. the staff acts like it’s their own personal private club shrieking at videos on their phones together and being rude to customers. i’ve talked to many of the people I used to workout with years ago and they have the same opinion of the staff here. it’s really sad. it could have been a great center. if i were you i’d find another center. they drove me away and i workout at home. in peace.

All staff here--Joey, Jake, Joey, Brandon, etc.--make this place great! It's a community and a great place to get a good workout in. Keep up the great work!
