Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to the consistently poor customer service. The staff appeared disengaged and unwilling to assist. When we asked simple questions—such as whether we could place an order at a particular counter (as the other counter had been unattended for over 15 minutes) or inquired about parking (which I was charged twice for) —we were met with visible annoyance rather than helpful guidance. There seemed to be little interest in providing even basic customer support. During our first visit, the majority of the food options were unavailable, which forced us to leave and dine at &pizza which id conveniently 5 mins drive away... On our recent visit, the menu was still quite limited. Additionally, a 20% gratuity was automatically added to our order, including on bottled water, which felt excessive and was not clearly communicated upfront. While the courts and skating rink facilities themselves are somewhat adequate, the overall experience is significantly impacted by the lack of attentive and professional service. We had considered hosting a birthday party here, but given these experiences, we will be exploring other venues.

Long overdue but had a great time at this facility! Toya….Tonya…… my homie with the T in her name was the bees knees! Very funny, accommodating, and made us feel at home in this new space. My students and I will surely return again in the future ❤️

This review is only about Kraken as a pickleball facility, and I can unequivocally say it is the worst I have ever played at. The court surface looks like school cafeteria tiles, the ball will skip not bounce when hit with any pace. The lighting was so bad that it was hard to track the ball. The ceiling is so low that you can forget about any lob shot. The barriers are incomplete, so balls from other courts constantly impede play. This is pickleball as an amusement novelty, not for serious play.

I was not impressed. Luckily it was for a group of 10 year olds who just wanted to have fun. The staff consisted of 2 people. Marcus (who was a great help) and 1 other peeson ( who could care less) I was told the kitchen would be open at 11:30 am on the day I attended..so I planned to feed 13 people while skating. We arrived at 2pm and the Chef never showed, at 3:30 we still had no food So I ordered delivery..I paid $150 for a cabana and others walked in and and just utilized the open cabanas for free..it was no one to attend to my group. No one asked if we were ok or needed anything..I spent over $500 at this establishment and was basically ignored. I don't think I'll be going back..

Was there for a 55th birthday party on a Satuday evening. We had a cabana near the skate section. The staff was attentive and speedy, and the food was very tasty, hot, and plentiful. The DJ played great, albeit explicit, music, (after 9pm) but we had a lot of fun. The place wasn't even half full, which made it seem as if we had the place to ourselves. It was pretty cold until we started playing pickle ball, which had us sweating in no time. Skating area is perfect for beginners. Plenty of free parking. I recommend this location if you're looking for a fun time with people you like.
