Could be a great facility with a few fixes. There are gaps under the fences and they are extremely dirty. It looks like they hired someone to clean them, but the person looks like they were dancing on the court… the gals under the fences are large enough that your balls will roll under to where you can’t reach them. There are not gates on that side, so you will need to walk all the way around to retrieve your ball. Not the end of the world but annoying and a massive time waste. Check out the photos of the attempted clean, it’s pretty bad… Sorry for the bad quality. I took a video and had to grab stills from them

I love playing pickleball with friends here at Kleinman Park. It is a classic spot with a positive community and very nice facilities. If you need to use the toilet you'll have to walk a ways across the park, but otherwise it's golden. Oh-- some of the courts do have rather narrow service areas, so if you like to play at the baseline you'll find yourself cramped as you try to play groundstrokes.

nice tennis courts, little short on benches but good space between courts...

This tennis court has a professional layout. It's nicely fenced in, and inside there were a lot of nets so multiple games can go on at once. There's also a mesh covering around the fence for privacy and also for blocking the wind. Don't worry about having to cross the grass to get there- a neat sidewalk connects from the parking lot the court; It's right past the playground This court seems to be very popular. It was before 10 in the morning and I could hear the noise from that court as a bunch of people were playing there.
